Who are Heidi?

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that supports clinicians every step of the way, from documentation to delivery of care.

We exist to double healthcare’s capacity while keeping care deeply human. In 18 months, Heidi has returned more than 18 million hours to clinicians and supported over 73 million patient visits. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi across 116 countries and over 110 languages.

Founded by clinicians, Heidi brings together clinicians, engineers, designers, scientists, creatives, and mathematicians, working with a shared purpose: to strengthen the human connection at the heart of healthcare.

Backed by nearly $100 million in total funding, Heidi is expanding across the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with major health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, MaineGeneral, and Monash Health, among others.

We move quickly where it matters and stay grounded in what’s proven, shaping healthcare’s next era. Ready for the challenge?

The Role

Integrations are the circulatory system of Heidi — the invisible infrastructure that lets our AI exoskeleton breathe inside the world’s most complex health systems.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager – Global Integrations to own how Heidi connects, scales, and embeds across the global healthcare ecosystem.

You’ll lead the design of Heidi’s interoperability platform: APIs, SDKs, and partner toolkits that make integration fast, seamless, and self-serve. You’ll shape how data flows, how clinicians experience Heidi inside their EMR, and how we scale across markets without losing precision or trust.

This isn’t just about connecting systems — it’s about transforming integrations into one of Heidi’s strongest competitive moats.

What you’ll do
  • Define and execute the global integrations strategy and roadmap.

  • Build and scale Heidi’s integration platform primitives — APIs, SDKs, widgets, and partner tooling for self-service integration.

  • Lead prioritization across enterprise depth (Epic, Cerner, Dedalus, etc.), regional breadth (EMIS, Medtech, etc.), and platform extensibility.

  • Partner closely with regional SEs and TPMs to bridge customer needs with scalable, global solutions.

  • Partner with Engineering and regional GTM to deliver fast, reliable, secure integrations that unlock adoption and revenue.

  • Translate insights from enterprise EMR discovery into scalable, reusable capabilities.

  • Measure success through integration coverage, attach rate, and developer adoption.

  • Coach and mentor PMs to raise product craft and execution quality.

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of PM experience, with 3+ in platform, API, or integration-heavy products.

  • Proven experience building interoperability ecosystems (FHIR, HL7, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM).

  • Strong technical fluency and empathy for engineers and developers.

  • Experience balancing enterprise depth with global scalability.

  • Skilled in cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Partnerships.

  • Bonus: exposure to healthtech, EMR ecosystems, or regulated SaaS.

If we’d worked together the last 6 weeks, you’d have:
  • Defined a new global integrations strategy balancing scale, DIY extensibility, regional config, and platform depth.

  • Built and socialized a new prioritization framework aligning global and regional needs under one model.

  • Refined the integrations org design to scale sustainably across regions and customers.

  • Led customer discovery to surface insights that improve integration experience and workflow fit.

  • Partnered with Engineering and vendors to streamline enterprise release and testing for major EMRs.

  • Worked with GTM to launch a new integration pricing model aligning commercial value and customer impact.

What do we believe in?

Heidi builds for the future of healthcare, not just the next quarter, and our goals are ambitious because the world’s health demands it. We believe in progress built through precision, pace, and ownership.

  • Live Forever - Every release moves care forward: measured, safe, and built to last. Data guides us, but patients define the truth that matters.

  • Practice Ownership - Decisions follow logic and proof, not hierarchy. Exceptional care demands exceptional standards in our work, our thinking, and our character.

  • Small Cuts Heal Faster - Stability earns trust, speed delivers impact. Progress is about learning fast without breaking what people depend on.

  • Make others better - Feedback is direct, kindness is constant, and excellence lifts everyone. Our success is measured by collective growth, not individual output.

Our mission is clear: expand the world’s capacity to care, and do it without losing the humanity that makes care worth delivering.

Why Heidi?

Our health systems hurt everybody. Systems are log-jammed, clinicians' lives degrade in quality, and patients churn through the meat-grinder.

This is neither a special nor interesting insight.

But it means we’re solving a real problem. Hundreds of thousands of clinicians use Heidi. Every clinician using Heidi gets hours back in their day. That’s the starting point to build the product of your dreams: immense distribution, and a world of potential.

You’ll join a team that doesn’t celebrate fundraise milestones or glossy PR. We live and breathe the pain of modern health systems and won’t rest until we’ve exacted the change we’d like to see.

The bad news: it’s not an easy job — you’ll tear your hair out more than once. Modern tech concepts don’t transpose easily into healthcare. The lows are really low.

The good news: you’ll trust and admire everyone you work with, and know you’re doing the defining work of your career. The highs are blindingly high.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
