About the Company:

World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. As bots and autonomous agents reshape the internet, people, institutions, and applications need a trusted way to confirm who is a real human while preserving privacy. Our products make this possible: the Orb verifies real people, World ID proves it privately, and World App enables and distributes the new applications made possible by this technology. Together, they form a new layer for AI internet.

We’re one of the fastest-growing networks in tech. More than 17 million people across 160 countries have verified with World ID, and we complete over 350,000 verifications each week. World App is already among the most used wallets globally. Developers are integrating World ID to build safer online experiences and create spaces where real people can participate, earn, and be recognized in ways AI simply can’t replicate.

World was founded in 2019 and launched globally in 2023. We are more than 400 people across hardware, software, AI, cryptography, mobile engineering, and global operations. Our teams come from OpenAI, Tesla, SpaceX, Apple, Google, Stripe, Meta, Coinbase, Palantir and MIT Media Lab. We’re backed by leading investors, including a16z, Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Crypto, Blockchain Capital, Variant, Tiger Global, and Coinbase Ventures, as well as prominent operators and founders across fintech and AI.

World has been featured on the cover of TIME Magazine, highlighted in Fast Company’s Next 5 in Fintech, and explored in a Bloomberg deep dive. The New York Times, Bankless and TechCrunch have all recognized our progress in identity, cryptography, AI, and global-scale hardware deployment. Our leadership is also named to the Time AI 100.

About the Team

People spend fifteen seconds with an Orb, but a lifetime with the World App. As such, the App team plays a critical role in fulfilling our mission. Using the App, people can join the World network, participate in decentralized finance in a friendly and self-custodial manner, and use their World ID to unlock services across the ecosystem. The Growth team is responsible for driving World’s biggest priority across the entirety of the business: reaching critical scale.

About the Opportunity:

As a Senior Product Manager, Growth Incentives at Tools for Humanity, you’ll drive one of the most strategically important areas of World’s growth and scale: Our global incentive programs. Today, incentives such as the Worldcoin airdrop and referral programs are key drivers of our expansion, representing investments in the tens of millions of dollars each month. You’ll own and optimize these programs, ensuring they are efficient, data-informed, and impactful in driving sustainable user growth.

  • Own and optimize World’s incentive programs, including the Worldcoin airdrop and referral systems, which drive the majority of current growth.

  • Manage multi-million dollar monthly incentive budgets, ensuring programs are effective, efficient, and aligned with long-term growth goals.

  • Design, test, and launch new incentive models that attract, activate, and retain users while maintaining sustainable unit economics.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, economics, finance, data science, marketing, fraud prevention and regional teams to scale global incentive initiatives.

  • Leverage data and experimentation to measure program effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.

  • Model incentive performance and ROI, partnering with finance and data teams to assess cost efficiency and user impact.

  • Ensure localization and regional relevance of incentive programs to maximize engagement and effectiveness in diverse international markets.

  • Champion a culture of analytical rigor and experimentation, setting high standards for measurement and learning velocity.

  • Influence and align stakeholders across the organization, communicating insights, recommendations, and trade-offs with clarity and confidence.

About You:
  • You have 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager focused on growth, incentives, or performance-based product initiatives.

  • You’ve owned or scaled large incentive programs - such as referral systems, cashback offers, or user reward campaigns - with proven impact on user acquisition and retention.

  • You bring a strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and model incentive outcomes.

  • You have a background in economics, data science, or quantitative problem-solving, or equivalent hands-on experience managing incentive-driven systems.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, using experimentation and iteration to uncover what drives sustainable user engagement.

  • You’ve worked in international markets and understand how localization and cultural context influence user motivation and incentives.

  • You are curious, creative, and impact-oriented, motivated by building systems that power global growth at scale.

  • Obsessed with building delightful products, placing great care on user experience.

  • You have a bias towards action, a high sense of urgency, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
