About the Company:

World is building a real human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI. As bots and autonomous agents reshape the internet, people, institutions, and applications need a trusted way to confirm who is a real human while preserving privacy. Our products make this possible: the Orb verifies real people, World ID proves it privately, and World App enables and distributes the new applications made possible by this technology. Together, they form a new layer for AI internet.

We’re one of the fastest-growing networks in tech. More than 17 million people across 160 countries have verified with World ID, and we complete over 350,000 verifications each week. World App is already among the most used wallets globally. Developers are integrating World ID to build safer online experiences and create spaces where real people can participate, earn, and be recognized in ways AI simply can’t replicate.

World was founded in 2019 and launched globally in 2023. We are more than 400 people across hardware, software, AI, cryptography, mobile engineering, and global operations. Our teams come from OpenAI, Tesla, SpaceX, Apple, Google, Stripe, Meta, Coinbase, Palantir and MIT Media Lab. We’re backed by leading investors, including a16z, Khosla Ventures, Bain Capital Crypto, Blockchain Capital, Variant, Tiger Global, and Coinbase Ventures, as well as prominent operators and founders across fintech and AI.

World has been featured on the cover of TIME Magazine, highlighted in Fast Company’s Next 5 in Fintech, and explored in a Bloomberg deep dive. The New York Times, Bankless and TechCrunch have all recognized our progress in identity, cryptography, AI, and global-scale hardware deployment. Our leadership is also named to the Time AI 100.

About the Team

People spend fifteen seconds with an Orb, but a lifetime with the World App. As such, the App team plays a critical role in fulfilling our mission. Using the App, people can join the World network, participate in decentralized finance in a friendly and self-custodial manner, and use their World ID to unlock services across the ecosystem. The Growth team is responsible for driving World’s biggest priority across the entirety of the business: reaching critical scale.

About the Opportunity:

As a Senior Product Manager, Growth Modalities at Tools for Humanity, you will shape how millions of people around the world experience the core of World: Orb verification. From discovering an Orb nearby to booking an appointment, showing up, and completing verification, you’ll own the end-to-end journey that brings new users into the World ecosystem.

  • Own the end-to-end Orb verification journey, from discovery, booking to in-person verification, guiding the user through the verification process and explaining newfound World ID benefits.

  • Design and scale multiple verification modalities, included guided operator-led, self-serve, Orb-on-demand experiences, and decentralized operations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, hardware, marketing, and operations teams to make verification seamless, efficient, and globally scalable.

  • Drive growth and accessibility, ensuring more people around the world can easily find and complete their Orb verification.

  • Lead service design improvements, optimizing both the digital and real-world touchpoints of the user experience.

  • Partner with hardware teams to align product strategy with physical deployment and performance of Orbs in the field.

  • Use data, research, and experimentation to identify friction points, validate new verification models, and improve conversion rates.

  • Champion localization and regional adaptation, ensuring that verification processes are culturally relevant and operationally viable in diverse markets.

  • Collaborate closely with operators and field partners, incorporating real-world feedback into product and process improvements.

  • Travel internationally to key markets to observe, test, and refine verification experiences alongside users and teams in the field.

  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders, driving alignment and execution on global growth and service design priorities.

About You:
  • You have 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in growth, service design, or operationally complex products.

  • You’ve worked in international markets and understand the importance of localization, cultural nuance, and regional adaptability in global products.

  • You have experience with products that interact with hardware or have physical components, ideally in logistics, retail, IoT, or mobility contexts.

  • You’re passionate about building intuitive, high-quality experiences that make complex real-world processes simple and delightful.

  • You’re data-driven and experimentation-minded, able to use insights and research to improve conversion, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating across product, engineering, hardware, marketing, and operations teams to deliver impact.

  • You’re excited to travel around the world working in the field—observing users, engaging with operators, and learning directly from real-world environments.

  • You’re motivated by global scale and human impact, eager to help expand access to World’s verification experience across the world.
