NVIDIA's SOC Hardware Infrastructure team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of our internal infrastructure and tools used across ASIC HW development! This role will drive the platform’s expansion to meet the needs of diverse operational models across ASIC HW and larger teams.

Hardware Infrastructure serves as the foundational platform for ASIC chip development. We build and operate the systems, environments, and tools that enable hardware engineers to design, simulate, validate, and tape out chips effectively. In addition, we support aggressive adoption of AI in chip design to accelerate development of new products. Our mission is to accelerate engineering velocity to deliver world-class silicon, while ensuring seamless collaboration where hardware and software development intersect.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hardware infrastructure supporting large-scale chip and software development ensuring performance, reliability and scalability

  • Partner closely with internal engineering teams to integrate infrastructure tools seamlessly into day to day development and optimize hardware engineer workflows

  • Own the evolution of infrastructure architecture, aggressively accelerate chip design using state of the art AI solutions, and structuring of code to support complex programs, distributed teams

  • Lead cross-functional alignment across engineering leaders to deliver those roadmaps against extremely ambitious timelines and goals.

  • Establish processes, metrics and indicators and use data to amplify team performance, measure impact on business outcomes, communicate and resolve bottlenecks, address issues, prioritization.

  • Drive long-term investments in scalability and reliability to support growing codebases, increasing team sizes, and next-generation silicon and software programs

  • Champion guidelines in maintaining code integrity, review standards, and versioning strategies to enable efficient collaboration and reduce integration risk ahead of tapeout

What We Need To See:

  • B.S. (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or a related technical field

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of hardware platforms, infrastructure, or internal tools

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with highly technical engineering teams and driving products from concept through delivery

  • Proven track record to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable improvements in developer productivity or system performance

  • Experience working with large-scale infra deployments, including challenges related to performance, collaboration, and developer productivity

  • Solid understanding of source control systems (Git, Perforce) and code collaboration workflows such as branching strategies, code reviews, and large-scale merges

  • Analytical approach, including defining success measures, tracking adoption, and finding opportunities to improve workflow efficiency

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority across multiple geo-distributed teams

  • Track record of driving adoption of internal platforms and influencing engineering culture (developer productivity, code health, review practices, versioning standards)

Ways To Stand Out from the crowd:

  • Experience supporting hardware or infrastructure platforms and understanding of pre-silicon development workflows

  • Experience supporting AI infrastructure platforms and understanding of state of the art ML / LLM workflows

  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale source control systems such as Perforce, Git in large, distributed engineering organizations

  • Experience with infrastructure architecture decisions, complex workstream management, resolving conflicting priorities
