The Opportunity – Senior Product Manager, Integrations

Do you love tackling complex and technically challenging problems? Are you a self-starter who is energized by solving problems for the customer? Do you have an entrepreneurial calling to create new products, and have an unrelenting tenacity to get things done? Is who you work with as important to you as what you work on? Then this is the role for you.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager II to lead our Integrations strategy, and drive how our platform connects with the broader financial ecosystems that our customers rely on. You’ll own the vision, roadmap, and execution for integrations between Wrapbook and external corporate and accounting solutions.

This is a role for someone who can operate on two levels at once: shaping a longer-term, API-forward strategy that makes Wrapbook a seamlessly integrated platform, and rolling up your sleeves to deliver meaningful customer value now. You’ll lead a dedicated Integrations team, own product delivery end-to-end, and partner closely with Customer Success and Business Development.

In the near term, you’ll spend significant time engaging directly with customers, helping them succeed with our existing integrations and using those experiences to inform the vision for what we build next. You’ll also guide Wrapbook’s evolution from supporting individual partner connections to delivering a cohesive, scalable integration framework that powers the future of entertainment finance.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our Accounting Integration products, as well as our integrated partners.

  • Define a long-term vision for integrations across accounting, ERP, and other studio ecosystems and drive alignment with your key stakeholders. You will evolve Wrapbook’s integrations for scale, extensibility, and performance, positioning us as a best-in-class partner for production companies and enterprise studios.

  • Own the integrations roadmap – from supporting our current accounting integrations to building new ERP connections, you’ll define and drive the team’s near term priorities and drive measurable outcomes.

  • Write clear product requirements and supporting documents based on strong customer research and data analysis, and partner with you cross-functional stakeholders to bring a project to “engineering ready.”

  • Execute with a dedicated Integrations team, partnering with your Engineering Manager to lead the team through discovery, delivery, and iteration.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their accounting system workflows, ensure they are onboarded to our integrations properly, troubleshoot issues, and translate insights into product improvements and roadmap direction.

  • Refine the customer experience and ensure that customer setup, data mapping, and error handling are intuitive, reliable, and consistent across systems.

  • Measure and communicate impact, using data and feedback to prioritize effectively, track adoption, and continuously improve product quality and performance.

  • Partner with Customer Success and Business Development to ensure integration capabilities align with current and future client needs.

What You’ll Have

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years focused on integrations, APIs, or financial system connectivity.

  • Deep understanding of accounting, ERP, and financial software ecosystems, with hands-on experience managing integrations involving platforms like Sage Intacct, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Acumatica, SAP, and Oracle.

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives from concept to delivery, with strong technical fluency and systems thinking.

  • A balance of strategic vision and executional rigor—able to define long-term frameworks while diving into short-term customer needs and troubleshooting when required.

  • Experience collaborating with engineers and technical teams on API design, data synchronization, and error handling across systems.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear value propositions for customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Customer empathy and a problem-solving mindset—able to engage directly with clients to uncover root causes and turn pain points into opportunities.

  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, balancing detail orientation with a clear sense of business impact and sequencing.
