Your work will enable more efficient and effective data-driven decision-making, fostering equitable outcomes for all students.

In this role, you will own the Integrations roadmap, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and work directly with stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs. By driving innovation and leveraging your technical expertise, you will play a key role in scaling Panorama’s impact. This position reports to the Senior Director of Product and is an essential part of achieving Panorama’s vision of transforming education with actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrations Vision & Strategy: Shape a compelling vision and roadmap for Panorama’s integrations, aligning with overall product and business strategies to support client needs and maximize scalability.
  • Data Platform Development: Partner with Engineering to expand the functionality of Panorama’s data platform, ensuring it supports efficient, reliable, and secure data integrations across a variety of systems.
  • Seamless Data Connections: Drive the development of innovative solutions that simplify the integration process for clients, enhancing their ability to connect and use a wide array of data effectively.
  • Client-Centric Problem Solving: Work directly with district technical leaders and educators to identify challenges, prioritize needs, and deliver impactful solutions that improve their experience and outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Client Experience, and other Product teams to execute on the roadmap, ensuring alignment and effective communication across stakeholders.
  • Strong Metrics & Data Fluency: Define and track KPIs to measure the success of integration solutions. Use data to evaluate feature performance, inform prioritization, and guide iterations.
  • Deep Understanding of K–12 Systems: Develop expertise in the technical and operational needs of K–12 education systems to deliver integrations that address the unique challenges of the sector.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities for new integration offerings that unlock additional value for clients, enhance Panorama’s platform, and support educators’ ability to make data-informed decisions.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on data platforms, integrations, or similar technical products.
  • A strong foundation in working with APIs, ETL processes, and other data-sharing technologies.
  • Proven success in working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure products.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical needs into actionable product strategies.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS products, especially in education or edtech, is a plus.
  • A self-starter with exceptional skills in tackling complex problems and turning ambiguity into actionable solutions. You drive cross-team execution autonomously while proactively sharing updates, surfacing risks, and communicating key decisions effectively
  • An analytical mindset, with the ability to define and track meaningful metrics that inform product decisions.
  • Collaborative Leadership – proven ability to lead through influence and foster a culture of shared success across technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities of K–12 education systems, including the ability to empathize with educators and technical leaders.
