About the Role:

Our team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us in our Investor vertical. This position is based in San Francisco and will operate in a hybrid capacity, requiring in-office work 2-3 times per week.


What You’ll Do: 

  • Collaborate on product strategy and execution for Upgrade's diverse Investor platform
  • Lead end-to-end product initiatives from concept through delivery and post-launch optimization, continuously improving operational efficiency and investor satisfaction
  • Work closely with other product, engineering, and design teams to support new credit products
  • Partner with the investor operations team to monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues on the Investor platform
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for enhancements within the investor area.


What We Look For:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in driving KPIs through thoughtful product development
  • Strong understanding of capital markets
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to align diverse teams and navigate complex organizational dynamics
  • Technical proficiency including experience with financial services APIs, integration architectures, data analytics platforms, and SQL

The compensation range of this position in San Francisco, CA is USD $180,000 - $200,000 annually plus equity and benefits. Within this range, an individual's base pay will be dependent on a variety of factors, including without limitation, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
