About The Opportunity
OKX is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager specializing in Localization to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, Localization, you will be responsible for driving the localization strategy and execution of our products across international markets, including handling go-to-market localization efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of localization best practices, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality, localized experiences to our users worldwide.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute the localization strategy for our products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and content, to integrate localization seamlessly into the product development lifecycle.
  • Manage the end-to-end localization process, including translation, cultural adaptation, and quality assurance, to deliver localized products on time and within budget.
  • Define localization requirements, scope, and timelines for product releases, prioritizing features and content based on market demand and business impact.
  • Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to identify localization opportunities and optimize the user experience for international audiences.
  • Partner with external vendors and freelancers to scale localization efforts efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Establish localization metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of localization efforts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and localization best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
What We Look For In You
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in product management and/or at least 2 years focused on localization.
  • Deep understanding of localization principles, processes, and tools, including translation management systems (TMS) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading localization projects from conception to delivery, with a focus on user experience and market expansion.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed localization decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions.

OKX Statement:
The salary range for this position is $167,190.00 to $223,611.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
