Responsibilities

  • Set the product direction and roadmap for margin financing & securities lending and clearing & settlement systems within the core trading infrastructure.
  • Own the architecture design of clearing and settlement systems — trade clearing, position and balance settlement, multilateral netting, fee and interest settlement, and reconciliation.
  • Improve core margin systems including collateral valuation, cross/isolated margin logic, interest accrual, borrow/lend flows, and liquidation handling.
  • Work with the trading engineering teams to turn complex financing and settlement needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from planning to release and ongoing/new feature launch.
  • Monitor system performance, settlement integrity, and reconciliation accuracy; identify and resolve issues before they impact users.
  • Ensure systems comply with standards, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of margin financing / securities lending mechanics and clearing & settlement flows (netting, reconciliation, collateral management, interest accrual).
  • Experience designing or owning the architecture of clearing/settlement or margin systems, in either TradFi or crypto.
  • Technical or quantitative background (e.g., CS, Financial Engineering, Math).
  • Ability to understand trading logics, risk methods, and settlement flows, and translate them into product requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Product experience is not a must as long as you're interested in the job and you have past experience working on systems level tasks. 
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to coordinate with global stakeholders and overseas partners.
