Own the roadmap and adoption of a marketing agent layer, including workflow prioritization, process redesign, requirements, governance, success metrics, stakeholder alignment, failure communications, and enablement. The role partners with automation, data, platform, engineering, and security teams to move AI capabilities from prototypes to reliable, organization-wide standards.

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the marketing agent layer as a product: the agents marketers interact with, the marketing workflows those agents execute, and the context that makes agentic output reliable. You will treat the marketing organization as your user base and the agent layer as your product.

This is a build-together role. The agent layer runs on an orchestration and execution tier owned by the Marketing Automation team. You articulate which workflows go agentic, in what order, and why; the Automation team decides how agents are allowed to act in systems of record and owns the path from prototype to production. You bring the product discipline, the user understanding and the delivery cadence. The ideal candidate has shipped AI in internal systems teams, has product ownership experience, and understands how a B2B marketing organization plans, executes, and measures campaigns.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin for our hybrid working model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the product roadmap for the marketing agent layer: prioritize use cases by business impact, feasibility and risk, and propose delivery sequencing
  • Map marketing processes end to end, identify where agents remove or reshape steps, and publish the target-state process before an agent is built
  • Write requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for each agent workflow, and define the system actions each workflow needs
  • Co-author the agent governance standard with other marketing technology teams
  • Run cross-functional forums to surface dependencies, resolve blockers and keep Marketing, Data and platform teams aligned
  • Own user communication and backlog impact when agents fail
  • Measure and report adoption, roadmap status, risks and decisions to stakeholders from individual contributors to executives in plain language
  • Drive adoption across marketing with enablement, documentation, office hours and feedback loops
Skills and Qualifications

Required

  • 7+ years in Product Management, Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations or Platform roles
  • Working knowledge of MCP-based integrations, agent frameworks and LLM APIs and how they connect to enterprise systems
  • Understanding of the marketing stack (marketing automation, CRM, CDP, product analytics, orchestration and BI) and how marketing teams use it end to end
  • Track record of taking a capability from prototype to adopted standard across a large organization, with evidence that adoption persisted
  • Comfort working with data: defining KPIs, querying or reading analytics, and using data to make prioritization decisions
  • Track record of delivering through teams you do not manage: aligning platform owners, engineers and security on a shared design and keeping momentum without direct authority
  • Clear written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences

Preferred

  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or developer-focused company with a product-led or consumption business model
  • Hands-on experience building agent workflows: writing and iterating prompts, structuring context, defining tools, and evaluating output quality
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Segment, Mixpanel or Adobe Experience Cloud
  • Experience with workflow automation and integration platforms (for example Workato) or building internal tooling on them
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, data privacy requirements and model risk management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing or a related field
