The Senior Product Manager will lead product roadmap refreshes, enhance customer satisfaction through feedback, translate insights into product requirements, and advise on integrations and capabilities in a SaaS environment.
Yembo is looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Moving vertical. In this role you will own and drive the product roadmap and lead a high impact refresh of our core product experience. As our product expert you will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to identify integration opportunities, refine and expand product design and capabilities, shape solutions and address customer needs. You will directly impact our company's success by boosting product adoption, growth and revenue.
What You’ll Do:
- Product Roadmap: We are in the process of refreshing our core product for the moving industry including UX, feel, and capabilities to drive usage and revenue. You will lead the refresh efforts - working with Engineering, Customer Success, Support and Design to ensure the product refresh is successful and adresses customer feedback.
- Customer Satisfaction: You will spend time with customers, especially in our enterprise accounts, deeply understanding their workflows, identifying integration opportunities, and shaping solutions that increase product stickiness, adoption, and growth. You will ensure that customer feedback is captured in the engineering and design process.
- Product Development: You will translate your insights into clear product requirements, collaborating with engineering on API design and seamless integrations with customer and partner tools.
- Product Expert: As our product expert, you will join sales and customer success calls to advise prospects and existing customers on integration and product capabilities.
Who We Are Looking For:
- 2+ years experience in a product role within a SaaS setting. Preferably in Series B stage.
- You will have been the primary Product Manager responsible for a product or product area in the last 2-3 years.
- Engineering and/or web experience before moving into product.
- Demonstrated track record of improving product quality and customer experience with measurable outcomes.
- Experience of building and running structured customer feedback programs that directly informed product decisions.
- Experience of owning release readiness end-to-end, including UAT and regression testing sign-off with experience establishing testing standards.
- Preferred candidates will have experience working with AI, data science or machine learning teams.
- Preferred candidates will have hands-on coding experience, especially with newer AI tools like Claude and Antigravity.
