About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
MuleSoft, the industry-leading Integration, API, and Agent management platform, empowers enterprises globally to unlock data and accelerate innovation. We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join the new MuleSoft Platform Experience team. This team is at the forefront of our product strategy, focused on providing a cohesive and exceptional experience on the MuleSoft platform for both humans and agents.
The MuleSoft Platform Experience team owns the end-to-end experience of the MuleSoft platform, down to every detail that shapes how customers feel when they build and manage on MuleSoft. Together, we bring a consistent framework that holds the entire platform to a shared experience bar, ensuring that every feature shipped meets that standard. In this role, you will help define a unified experience across surfaces, so that whether a user builds visually, in code, or through an AI agent, they feel like they're using one product, and they fall in love with it on Day 1. We're looking for a builder with strong product taste, someone who obsesses over the small details that make users successful on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
Drive the feature development process on MuleSoft and bring consistency to the product experience across the MuleSoft platform.
Collaborate across MuleSoft teams to ensure any feature or product they develop meets the high standards of customer experience on the MuleSoft platform.
Drive the entire product process from initial discovery and requirement gathering through technical execution, release, and post-launch iteration.
Maintain a relentless focus on delivery, ensuring that roadmap items are translated into high-quality features that ship on time and meet enterprise standards.
Partner directly with users to deeply understand their pain points (discovery) and work closely with them post-launch to ensure successful implementation and value realization (adoption).
Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, and Customer Support to prioritize the investments that most directly drive Day-1 wow and sustained engagement.
Collaborate with various Salesforce product teams (such as Agentforce and Slack) to build unified experiences that span multiple platforms.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role.
Experience-obsessed: You understand the joy of using a product and being wowed by an amazing user experience. You care about the small details that contribute to a great experience and want to bring that to your customers.
Eye for design: You've worked closely with UX designers (or been one) and researchers, and you can articulate why a specific interaction feels right or wrong. Prior experience as a UX designer or researcher is a plus.
Highly technical: Having deep dives with architects and engineers not only doesn't scare you, it invigorates you.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills: You can synthesize and articulate highly technical concepts to individuals without context and get alignment easily.
Excellent collaborator: You can work across multiple teams, understand their use cases, and bring them into a shared experience vision.
Execution and impact focus: A strong bias for action and a disciplined approach to execution, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment. You align people to shared goals, and you make sure deadlines are met with the right solution.
Data Driven: Demonstrated experience with leveraging quantitative and qualitative data as key signals to make informed decisions about product priorities and user experience. You can articulate the direct correlation between product metrics and business outcomes.
Customer Engagement: Demonstrated experience engaging with and learning from users to inform product decisions, as well as driving product adoption and long-term success.
Enterprise and SaaS knowledge: Experience building for enterprise developers, administrators, or complex SaaS ecosystems.
AI and LLM fluency: A working understanding of how AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows are transforming the integration and API landscape, and ideas about how that shift should shape platform experiences.
Ambiguity navigator: Experience in environments where you've had to define the product path and strategy under high levels of ambiguity.
