About your new role:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a portfolio of platform products that power our network operations, monitoring, and observability and directly support our go-to-market and revenue growth objectives.

This role is for a product leader who understands that platform reliability, visibility, and automation are revenue features, not just engineering concerns. You’ll work closely with engineering, GTM, and operations teams to ensure our infrastructure products scale with the business, enable new customer use cases, and protect and expand ARR. You will not be designing networks or writing infrastructure code. You will be accountable for turning complex operational needs into clear product direction that helps the company grow faster and more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for internal products supporting network provisioning, monitoring, and observability.
  • Partner closely with network engineering, DevOps, and platform teams to align technical execution with business and revenue priorities.
  • Work with GTM, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to understand how platform capabilities impact customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and margin.
  • Translate reliability, visibility, and automation initiatives into clear revenue outcomes such as reduced churn risk, faster onboarding, improved SLAs, and support for new product offerings.
  • Lead internal GTM motions for platform capabilities, including launch planning, enablement, adoption metrics, and stakeholder communication.
  • Define success metrics that go beyond uptime; tracking adoption, operational efficiency, incident impact, and revenue influence.
  • Drive prioritization decisions across competing engineering investments, balancing short-term revenue needs with long-term platform scalability.
  • Act as the connective tissue between engineering execution and executive-level business goals, clearly communicating tradeoffs and outcomes.

What you'll need for success:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, owning roadmaps for technical or platform products.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with GTM teams and aligning product execution to revenue goals.
  • Prior product experience in networking, observability, infrastructure, or operational platforms.
  • Strong understanding of how platform capabilities support customer value, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence engineering priorities toward business outcomes without direct authority.
  • Comfort defining and tracking KPIs that connect technical investments to revenue and customer impact.
  • Excellent communication skills across engineering, GTM, and executive stakeholders.
