About the role
We are looking for a systems-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Supplier experience from vertical-specific solutions to a scalable, unified platform.
In this role, you will build the critical entry point for our platform data and suppliers. You will move us from "Zero to Scale" by identifying common patterns across our business and building a reusable core that acts as an enabler for other teams. You will define, design, and execute for alignment between our platform’s long-term scale and the immediate feature needs of our experience teams. You aren't just building a tool; you are managing a complex internal ecosystem where you must synthesize disparate requirements into a unified, high-leverage roadmap.
We are looking for a true student of the craft who is relentless about honing their product practice. You are a detail-oriented builder who acts as a force multiplier for the engineering and product organization, setting a high bar for how we build high-utility, B2B supplier workflows.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Define, execute, and arbitrate the Supplier Platform roadmap, expertly balancing the platform’s need for architectural integrity with the experience teams' need for feature velocity.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment to align on priorities, communicating the 'why' behind trade-offs to maintain high-trust, and drive friction-less platform adoption.
- Proactively engage with experience-focused product teams to deconstruct their specific feature requirements, identifying underlying patterns that can be abstracted into the reusable 'Supplier Core' to accelerate their development cycles.
- Take the supplier product from its current state to a robust version capable of handling increased volume and a wider variety of suppliers.
- Own the problem space through rigorous user discovery. Uncover latent needs and build high-conviction opinions grounded in real data. You are responsible for problem definition, solution design, and concept testing before development begins.
- Drive the solution space with precision execution. Translate validated concepts into shippable value by writing detailed specifications, managing the backlog, and partnering closely with engineering to deliver high-quality software.
- Validate problems by analyzing operational data, workflow bottlenecks, and logistics constraints.
- Contribute to a culture of product excellence by modeling transparent, high-quality discovery and documentation practices.
While no one individual will possess them all, the successful candidate will bring many of the following experiences, skills, and attributes:
- Minimum of 10 years of Product Management experience, with specific exposure to B2B platforms, Logistics/Supply Chain, or Two-Sided Marketplaces.
- Strong command of user experience principles and the ability to create wireframes or user flows to guide development when design resources are constrained.
- Technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering, with a functional understanding of database schemas, API layers, and reusable interfaces.
- Proven ability to deconstruct complex workflows and rebuild them as scalable systems, balancing flexibility with standardization.
- Mastery of stakeholder management in high-dependency environments, with a proven track record of aligning diverse internal teams around a shared vision for platform capabilities, even when individual team priorities conflict.
- Experience proactively migrating legacy or disparate systems into a unified platform.
- Proficiency in using data to inform trade-off decisions and business acumen to understand marketplace economics.
- History of raising the bar with peers through the adoption and modeling of product best practices.
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
