You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Paper.io2.

Role
  • Build and implement F2P systems that enhance player engagement and revenue, with a focus on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies.

  • Take full ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.

  • Utilize A/B testing, retention metrics, and player data to refine and optimize features post-launch. Identify strengths, address weaknesses, and iterate for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and analysts to ensure seamless feature rollouts. Maintain clear documentation, resolve technical challenges, and make strategic trade-offs to deliver the best possible player experience.

  • Prioritize development efforts under tight deadlines, balancing speed and quality to maximize impact.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitors, analyzing market innovations, and rapidly adapting best practices.

Profile
  • Experience as PM, Product Owner, Game Designer, or Live Ops/Product Manager

  • Strong understanding of F2P mobile game mechanics

  • Able to write clear specs and align teams

  • High standards. We need someone who pushes the product forward and challenges weak ideas

  • Experience on a successful live game

  • Experience with competitive systems, leagues, rankings, seasons, battle passes, character collection, or upgrade systems

  • Experience on casual, hybridcasual, io, or mass-market games

  • Good understanding of IAP monetization, not only ads

  • Has seen what great live games do, for example Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, Monopoly Go, Stumble Guys, Subway Surfers, etc
