Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Brigit’s Instant Cash partnership offering: an embedded solution that enables our strategic partners to offer fast, flexible cash directly to their end users. This role is a unique opportunity to shape a product that sits at the intersection of technology, finance, and high-visibility partnerships.

You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of the product: crafting the vision, working closely with external partners, ensuring seamless end user experiences, and managing the balance between risk, compliance, and growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the product roadmap for our Instant Cash partnership offering, from partner integration to end-user experience

  • Define product requirements that meet the needs of both our partners (B2B) and their customers (B2C), ensuring strong UX and commercial alignment

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, risk, compliance, business development, and customer success to bring scalable and compliant experiences to market

  • Support partner onboarding by scoping integration needs, identifying gaps, and ensuring smooth deployment

  • Design for flexibility, allowing for customization and configuration across multiple partner implementations while maintaining core product integrity

  • Balance growth with risk by partnering with credit, risk, and legal functions to continuously refine underwriting logic and collection strategy

  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions and drive adoption, retention, and engagement KPIs

  • Stay on top of market trends and competitive products in embedded finance and consumer credit

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, lending, or embedded finance

  • Experience managing B2B2C or platform-based products — especially where partner integrations and user trust are critical

  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to prioritize in a complex stakeholder environment

  • A working knowledge of credit products and regulatory considerations

  • Comfort with data: working with analysts and making decisions from metrics

  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders—you can align teams and partners around a shared roadmap

  • Can-do mindset with a bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with partner APIs or building configurable platform tools

  • Background in credit risk and/or lending products
