About the Job
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager in Austin to research, develop, and drive the roadmap for our payments product line. A successful candidate will have a proven track record for delivering quality technology solutions to the market that drive positive outcomes for the business. Our payment solution is unique in the real estate market and we need an experienced product manager in FinTech or payments to contribute and drive our payments product strategy. What you will do

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Closinglock payments which involves identifying marketing opportunities, conducting user research, and defining the strategic direction for your product(s).
  • Drive key results such as user conversion, product adoption, and delivery of new payment product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product marketing) to translate product vision into tangible features and functionality.
  • Balance business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery.
  • Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and secure financial interfaces that exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure product compliance with relevant financial regulations and security standards.
  • Track product performance using key metrics, analyze user behavior, and leverage data to inform product iterations and strategic decisions.
  • Closely monitor the evolving Fintech landscape, identify emerging technologies and trends, and proactively adapt your product strategy.
  • Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders and external partners.


Job Requirements
 

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
  • A deep understanding of the Fintech industry, trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work independently.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and a passion for improving overall customer experience through technology.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
  • Working within a tech startup environment is a strong plus

This is a full-time, in-person position in our Austin, TX office.
