About Collectly:

Collectly is a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming revenue cycle management (RCM) through AI-driven automation. Millions of patients navigate inefficient billing systems every day, while providers face delayed payments, rising administrative burden, and operational complexity.

Collectly applies artificial intelligence to automate workflows, accelerate cash flow, and modernize the patient financial experience; enabling healthcare organizations to operate more efficiently and focus on delivering care.

There could not be a hotter space to play in.  Healthcare is a $4.9T industry and is adopting AI technology at 2.2x the rate of the rest of the economy.  RCM is at the heart of this transformation as it has a clear and demonstrable ROI to our customers.  .

The Opportunity:

Most claim denials are preventable. Eligibility not verified. Benefits misread. Prior auth missed. These failures happen before a claim is ever submitted, but most systems only react after the denial shows up.

We’re building front-end RCM agents that prevent those failures by default. That means AI agents that navigate payer portals, interpret benefits in real time, flag prior auth requirements/submissions, and surface accurate cost estimates at the point of care.

You'll own the strategy for front-end RCM automation, set direction across eligibility, benefits, prior auth, and cost estimation, and build the systems that make denials preventable by default.

We're already inside leading provider groups, integrated across 20+ EHR systems, and scaling quickly. The foundation is there. The opportunity is to go much further.

We're a small, high-ownership team. You'll work on real problems with real constraints, stay close to customers, and see your work directly change how healthcare organizations operate.

Please Note: This role is hybrid - candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area only will be considered.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own core areas of Collectly’s pre-visit experience across both operational healthcare users and patients.

This product surface sits at the intersection of workflow automation and patient experience. Healthcare teams use Collectly to configure and manage pre-visit workflows, while patients interact directly with digital intake, check-in, forms, and payment experiences.

You will own roadmap and execution across key areas of this experience, partnering closely with engineering, design, customer success, sales, and leadership to improve operational efficiency, automation, and patient experience outcomes.

This role requires strong product judgement and the ability to balance the needs of two very different user groups:

operational healthcare staff managing complex workflows
patients navigating healthcare experiences on mobile, iPads, and web

You’ll work on configurable workflow systems, operational tooling, and patient-facing experiences that directly impact how healthcare organizations operate day to day.

The surface area is mature in some places and rapidly evolving in others, requiring both strong execution and the ability to navigate new workflow and automation problems as the product expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product execution and roadmap for key areas of Collectly’s pre-visit and intake experience from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Drive prioritization and tradeoff decisions across workflow automation, intake, check-in, forms, scheduling, and patient experience surfaces.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design to build reliable, scalable workflow and configuration systems.
  • Improve operational workflows for healthcare staff managing pre-visit processes and automations.
  • Improve patient-facing experiences across digital intake, check-in, and payments.
  • Work closely with customers to understand operational workflows, edge cases, and usability gaps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across engineering, design, customer success, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Use product judgement, customer feedback, and data to make fast, thoughtful decisions and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Help shape rollout strategy, product requirements, and iteration plans based on customer and business priorities.
  • Operate independently while knowing when to escalate, align, or drive decisions forward.

What Success Looks Like

  • Shipped major improvements to Collectly’s intake and check-in workflows that customers actively use in production.
  • Reduced operational issues or manual intervention required from front desk and admin teams across key workflows.
  • Increased patient completion rates for intake, forms, or check-in experiences.
  • Successfully drove complex cross-functional launches without requiring heavy day-to-day oversight.
  • Earned trust from customers and internal teams by consistently making strong product and prioritization decisions.
  • Became the go-to product owner for pre-visit workflow and patient experience decisions.

Qualifications

    Required:
  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, workflow software, or operational systems or equivalent founder experience.
  • Experience owning products end-to-end from development through scaling and iteration.
  • Strong execution skills with the ability to independently drive roadmap, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical systems and complex workflows.
  • Experience building or working with AI/LLM-powered products, or strong intuition for how to apply them effectively.
  • Strong product judgement and ability to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions without perfect information.
  • Track record of improving real-world workflows or operational systems, not just shipping features.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Located in the San Francisco Bay Area as this role is hybrid
  • Preferred:
  • Experience building workflow software, operational tooling, or configurable systems.
  • Experience building products that serve both operational users and end consumers.
  • Background in healthcare, fintech, or other complex vertical SaaS domains.
  • Experience with scheduling, intake, onboarding, or workflow orchestration products.
  • Experience working with integrations, APIs, portals, or external systems.
  • Comfortable partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and GTM teams.
  • Experience working on automation-driven systems or operational intelligence products.
