  • Unlock new monetizable inventory on the Rewards page in partnership with GTM and Sales.
  • Balance competing priorities across margin optimization, retention, user satisfaction, and commercial expansion.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to executive stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in high-scale consumer platforms, marketplaces, fintech, loyalty, or payments.
  • Strong quantitative fluency; comfortable modeling margin, elasticity, and behavioral tradeoffs.
  • Strong intuition around designing fun and delightful consumer experiences
  • Strong product judgment, balancing economics, user trust, and long-term retention.
  • Experience launching personalization, targeting, or experimentation systems.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, and GTM.
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can define problem spaces with company-level impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
