Senior Product Manager, Smart Canvas

In this pioneering role, you'll build upon our existing AI innovations to shape the next generation of intelligent collaboration tools. You'll drive our evolving AI strategy forward and create products that empower all our users to achieve breakthrough thinking and collaboration outcomes that weren't possible before.

• Lead 0→1 product development for AI-powered experiences within Mural's core platform

• Shape and evolve our AI product strategy, and roadmap with clear business outcomes

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities that create measurable user and business value

• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, research, and data science teams to create intelligent workflows and features

• Validate concepts through rapid experimentation, rigorous customer research, and data driven iteration

• Ensure our AI solutions balance innovation with user needs, ethical principles, and responsible AI practices

• Serve as Mural's AI innovation hub, incubating forward thinking concepts, creating reusable components, and establishing patterns that other teams can adopt and build upon

• Elevate Mural's AI offerings through compelling communication that accelerates customer adoption and enhances our position in the industry

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or productivity software

• Passion for nurturing early-stage ideas and driving them to execution with clarity and purpose

• Technical fluency that enables effective collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and researchers

• Customer-obsessed mindset—leading with curiosity and focusing on outcomes over outputs

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional storytelling and influencing skills to build stakeholder alignment and generate enthusiasm for new initiatives

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or developing user-facing intelligent features

• Working knowledge of prompt engineering, generative AI, or personalization at scale

• Strategic vision for how AI can transform visual collaboration and the future of work

The base salary for this role ranges from $140,000 - $180,000 + bonus + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation.
