This is a fully remote role within the United States.
We are seeking a voraciously curious, systems-minded Senior Product Manager to architect and build the systems and solutions that reinvent how healthcare is transacted in the US. This product owner will lean into product and operational excellence in equal measure, designing and implementing an end-to-end system that optimizes provider and payer workflows and most importantly, re-centers the patient.
With support from Senior Leadership, Engineering, Design, GTM teams, and Legal, your bias for action and ability to distill complex, far-reaching healthcare industry concepts into clear, actionable goals will bring the Transaction from concept to market.
Why this Role Matters
The Transaction function at Turquoise brings together years of intentional preparation and product development in furtherance of our primary objectives: to eliminate financial complexity and rebuild trust in US healthcare. This role is critical to the realization and enduring success of this endeavor.
Responsibilities:Implement a novel approach to the healthcare transaction, beginning with provider <> payer contracting and ending with guaranteed upfront prices for patients
Build a transaction system that relies on the most modern, sophisticated and transparent methodology and technology available
Relentlessly drive early stage concepts through iteration, execution and enhancement
Facilitate airtight coordination across disciplines within Turquoise and across key external stakeholders and customers
Continuously hone industry and subject matter expertise, and remain up-to-date on the latest market trends and legislative development to ensure Turquoise remains at the leading edge and positioned to anticipate important tailwinds/headwinds
Rely on the latest prototyping tooling to test and iterate on product concepts to stay ahead of the development cycle
5+ years of experience in healthcare-specific Product Management, Plan Operations, or Strategy & Ops roles—preferably in high-growth environments.
Strong healthcare domain expertise, preferably in the sphere of health plan operations and/or payment systems.
Demonstrated ability to ship high-complexity, 0-1 solutions.
Proven track record of operational excellence.
Excellent communication and influence skills; comfortable shaping decisions across senior stakeholders.
A bias toward action and incremental progress, with prioritization instincts that drive outsized outcomes.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating in response to internal and market feedback.
