Help Build the Future of Healthcare AI
Infinitus is AI communications in service of patients.

Healthcare is inherently complex and siloed. We’re pioneering agentic communications to connect the entire system — any stakeholder, any channel, inbound and out. The result is intelligent care that reduces patient anxiety, increases speed to treatment, and enables teams to scale impact without stretching resources.

Our system combines industry-leading safety guardrails with the largest dynamic knowledge graph built on millions of real-world interactions. It’s why 44% of the healthcare Fortune 50 trusts Infinitus to turn fragmented touchpoints into seamless care for better patient outcomes.

The Mission

At Infinitus, our mission is simple: create time for healthcare by making access, adherence, and affordability easier than ever. We’ve automated over 7 million calls and 100M+ minutes of conversation — saving millions of hours for patients and providers.

Backed by over $100M from top investors including Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz, and Coatue, we’re a team that challenges the status quo and moves fast at the intersection of AI and healthcare. Infinitus was recently named to Fast Company's World's Most Innovative Companies and Business Insider’s top startups in healthcare.

In this role you will own Studio, healthcare’s no-code AI agent builder, and shape how AI agents get built across our platform. You will own the full experience for building AI agents, Workflows and Connectors (MCP Servers) end to end, and you will define how teams design, test, and ship agents that handle real conversations with patients, payors, and providers.

As the Product Owner for Studio, you will own three customer-facing experiences: the AI agent builder, where teams define what an agent does and pressure-tests the full configuration across thousands of simulated conversations; the workflow builder, which connects agents, automated steps, and integrations into coordinated, outcome-driven journeys across the patient, member, payor and provider experience; and connectors, which give agents the same real-time context (eligibility, case status, payor requirements, and more) that our best coordinators rely on. You will own the roadmap, strategy, and success metrics for all three, working side by side with an engineering team applying cutting-edge AI and ML techniques.

Your Impact

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Studio, spanning the AI agent builder, workflow builder, and connectors.

  • Define how teams design, test, deploy, and refine AI agents without writing code, and make that experience faster and more powerful with every release.

  • Talk to customers and users constantly, turning what you learn into a roadmap that reflects real needs and unmet opportunities.

  • Partner closely with a deeply technical engineering team, staying current on AI and ML techniques (including reading the research) so you can make sharp product and technical tradeoffs.

  • Own product analytics and customer usage, using data to decide what to build, what to cut, and where to double down.

  • Ship, measure, and iterate quickly, balancing the quality, latency, and cost that healthcare demands.

  • Act as a spokesperson for Studio, internally and with customers, telling a clear story about where the product is headed.

Your Skillset

  • 4 to 6 years of product management experience, with a track record of launching customer-facing products (not just internal tools).

  • Genuine curiosity about AI: you actively learn on your own, through side projects, self-study, or staying close to the latest models and techniques.

  • A data-driven approach to decisions, with strong product analytics instincts.

  • A demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle.

  • Comfort working alongside a highly technical engineering team and keeping pace with a fast-moving AI space.

  • A hustle mentality: you move fast, get your hands dirty, and own whatever needs owning.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build buy-in across teams.

  • Experience writing clear requirements, managing backlogs, and tracking progress in tools like JIRA.

Additional Nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.

  • Prior experience building or launching AI agents, or working on AI and ML products.

  • Familiarity with healthcare (helpful but not required; we care more about AI curiosity and strong product instincts).

  • Proficiency wireframing and editing designs in Figma.

  • A degree in a technical discipline.
