About the Role

Plenful is hiring Senior Product Managers to join our founding PM team. As we move into our next phase of growth, we're focused on productizing solutions that solve complex customer problems at scale. We're looking for PMs who bring structure, ownership, strong customer intuition, and a builder mindset.

If you've thrived in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments and want the ownership and leadership proximity that comes with being an early product hire at a high-growth company, this role is for you. This role is hybrid.

  • Define the product function — you're joining a founding PM team, not fitting into an established org.

  • Work directly with world-class leadership — CPO, CTO, and CEO proximity from day one.

  • Meaningful equity at a company with real traction.

  • Named to TechCrunch AI Disruptors 60.

  • Greenfield technical opportunity — our context graph architecture is a genuinely novel system that gets smarter as frontier models improve.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead product development from discovery to launch, partnering closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ship high-quality solutions.

  • Own your product area end-to-end: customer discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, execution, iteration, and commercial outcomes.

  • Translate complex operational workflows into elegant, scalable product solutions that create measurable outcomes for customers.

  • Define and track success metrics, using data, user feedback, and business objectives to validate hypotheses and guide decisions.

  • Build a feedback flywheel with customer success and support to continuously surface and act on customer intelligence.

  • Work directly with executive leadership, with the access, visibility, and accountability that comes with it.

  • Treat healthcare compliance and privacy — HIPAA, payor requirements, auditability — as a core part of product design, not an afterthought.

You May Be a Fit If
  • You've spent 5+ years in Product Management, with a track record in high-growth, scrappy environments.

  • You use AI tools deliberately to make your own work exceptional.

  • You've built products from the ground up where no playbook existed.

  • You can distill messy workflows into elegant solutions and make defensible prioritization calls under ambiguity.

  • You write a crisp PRD, present to a CTO, and run a customer discovery session with equal confidence.

  • You use metrics to make decisions, not to justify them after the fact.

  • You're genuinely curious about hard, overlooked problems because you care about the impact.

  • Bonus points for experience in B2B software or enterprise SaaS, shipping AI-powered or LLM-powered features to production, platform PM or API product work, 0-to-1 product launches, or experience in regulated environments like fintech, healthcare, legal, or government.

Why You'll Love Working Here
  • 🚀 Mission-Driven, World-Class Team — Join an exceptional group of professionals aligned around a meaningful mission and committed to making an impact

  • 📈 Opportunities for Growth — Strengthen your expertise through collaboration with experienced, high-performing leaders across the organization

  • 🏢 Flexible Hybrid Work Environment — We're remote-first, with meaningful office presence in San Francisco and New York. R&D roles follow a hybrid model, with two days per week in our San Francisco office

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
