Job Description

We're seeking an experienced, results-oriented Product Manager to join our Product team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy and development of key product families that support Redica’s market position and future growth.

You will shape the future of our data offerings by translating customer and business needs into scalable, usable data products. You will also influence executive-level decisions, advance innovation across the product portfolio, and deliver solutions that create measurable value for our customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product families, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Analysts to design, build, and scale impactful solutions that address complex customer challenges.
  • Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in the organization, driving innovation and influencing product strategy at the executive level.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide the development of high-impact products and features.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional leaders, facilitating collaboration across product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance to the product team, ensuring delivery of exceptional solutions to complex customer problems.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of delivering technically complex SaaS products and solving advanced technical challenges; experience with data products in a mature product organization is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to deeply understand technical challenges and collaborate effectively with Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Experience launching and scaling products in a B2B SaaS environment, as well as significant expertise in the life sciences industry, particularly in quality or regulatory compliance, is a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in delivering data products, including collaboration with Data Engineers and Analysts to build scalable, impactful solutions.
  • Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with data pipelines, advanced data structures, SaaS architecture, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams in mature product organizations.
  • Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in quality or regulatory compliance, is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA or equivalent) are a plus.
