You will define product solutions, scope, and success metrics for content-rich, UX-heavy customer journeys, and you will drive measurable improvements in storefront performance such as add-to-cart and checkout conversion. What You'll Do

• Own eCommerce product initiatives from concept to launch and optimization, defining scope, risks, requirements, and success metrics.

• Create page concepts, wireframes, prototypes, copy drafts, and visual briefs, and write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Plan delivery with development, managing priorities, dependencies, QA, releases, rollout logic, toggles, and rollback plans.

• Monitor launches and use analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to drive rapid fixes and follow-up improvements to storefront performance.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in product management for eCommerce products, with strong experience in UX-heavy, content-rich customer journeys.

• Proven ability to structure complex product information into clear, simple, and attractive pages, backed by customer research and insight-driven decisions.

• Strong visual taste and an understanding of what makes a premium digital brand experience, plus the ability to create concepts, wireframes, and copy drafts independently.

• Solid command of CRO, analytics, A/B testing, and storefront performance optimization, and a track record of aligning UX, developers, analytics, and marketing.

• Nice to have: experience with Shopify or other storefront platforms, high-ticket or considered-purchase eCommerce, premium/lifestyle brands, and building repeatable product processes or templates.
