What the Job InvolvesThis product manager role focuses on identifying and building business cases for and leading product discovery and requirements gathering for new products we are interested in pursuing.
Key Responsibilities
By conducting comprehensive research, understand the needs and problems of the target market and user base.
Develop and articulate a clear business case to present to determine whether or not EchoTwin should move forward with a new feature (Market Requirements Document)
Establish a roadmap for new products, developing MVP and prototyping specifications to allow us to get rapid market feedback on new products.
Work closely with the engineering, operations, and revenue teams to define product features and requirements. Prioritize these features based on their potential impact on user satisfaction, market demand, and business objectives.
Act as a bridge between technical teams (engineers, data scientists), design teams, product marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and priorities.
Define each product's key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor these metrics closely. Use data-driven analysis to make informed decisions about product improvements, feature enhancements, and market positioning.
Regularly communicate with all stakeholders, including customers, investors, and internal team members. Provide updates on product development progress, share insights from market research, and gather feedback to iterate on the product.
Monitor competitors and the broader market to understand emerging trends, technologies, and potential threats. Use this information to inform strategic decisions and keep the product competitive.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5 years of product management or related industry experience.
Demonstrated experience building and developing B2G products.
Proven ability to ideate, develop, and bring new products to market.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus.
Track record of working in a technical environment with a cross-functional team to drive product vision, define requirements, coordinate resources, and define KPIs and milestones.
Strong presentation skills for delivering technical information.
Expertise in data analysis, including handling complex, large-scale datasets and making data-driven decisions.
Skilled at requirements gathering from diverse stakeholders and translating them into product solutions.
