What We Need 

The Senior Product Manager is a pivotal role responsible for spearheading the development and execution of advanced product strategies across Synapse Health’s growing platform. Reporting to the Senior VP, Product, this role will drive product innovation, market competitiveness, and overall product success by leveraging strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration. 

You’ll play a key role in defining product vision and roadmap, partnering closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver products that make healthcare more connected, efficient, and patient-centered. 

What You Will Do 

Strategic Leadership 

  • Develop and lead product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company vision and goals. 
  • Define relevant business metrics, drive instrumentation and reporting, and deliver measurable impact. 
  • Drive the conceptualization, development, and launch of new products and features. 

Market Insight & Analysis 

  • Conduct market and user research to identify customer needs, opportunities, and emerging trends. 
  • Analyze competitors and market dynamics to inform prioritization and differentiation. 
  • Leverage data and insights to guide product direction and evaluate performance. 

Product Development & Launch 

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery. 
  • Develop go-to-market and launch plans and continuously gather user feedback to iterate and improve offerings. 
  • Provide thought leadership across teams, fostering alignment and shared understanding of product strategy. 

Mentorship & Team Development 

  • Mentor and guide other Product Managers or team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. 

What You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, related field or equivalent experience. 
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or SaaS environments. 
  • Demonstrated success driving strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering products from concept to launch. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear priorities and decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present product metrics, KPIs, and insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Proficiency with product analytics and data tools, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and inform roadmap decisions.

  • Experience in healthcare technology, interoperability, or EHR integrations. 
  • Knowledge or expertise leveraging artificial intelligence to process and analyze documentation to extract meaningful data points.  
  • Demonstrates the ability to envision and drive the realization of long-term organizational goals.  
  • Exhibits advanced analytical abilities and can discern the essence of complex issues and draw comprehensive solutions. 
  • Displays creativity and insight, foreseeing industry trends and incorporating them into the organizational strategy.  
  • Articulate ideas, values, and feedback clearly, ensuring alignment and understanding across diverse stakeholders.  

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $147,200-184,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions. Compensation discussions are encouraged throughout the hiring process.
