At Seek, you won’t just manage a backlog—you’ll shape the future of how businesses build, deliver, and consume analytics apps. As Senior Product Manager, you’ll drive the vision behind our cloud analytics platform, turning complex technical realities into simple, powerful experiences our users rely on every day. If you’re a product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and engineering execution, this role puts you right where the impact happens.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Define, refine, and own the strategy and roadmap for Seek’s analytics app platform—balancing user needs, technical realities, and business priorities.
Drive the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research to launch, adoption, and iterative improvement.
Turn insights into action by analyzing product usage, running discovery conversations, and validating ideas with real data.
Write crisp, unambiguous product requirements and user stories that streamline delivery and minimize back-and-forth.
Partner closely with engineering to evaluate trade-offs, scope features, and align timelines with capacity and goals.
Collaborate with design to build intuitive, high-quality experiences for technical and non-technical users.
Use SQL and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Logfire, etc.) to measure adoption and guide prioritization.
Communicate roadmap updates, risks, and outcomes across teams with clarity and credibility.
Balance short-term execution with long-term platform vision, making thoughtful, defensible trade-offs.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth launches and strong customer adoption.
6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform companies, ideally in data, analytics, or developer-focused products.
Strong technical fluency — you understand how web apps, data systems, and APIs work, and you can make smart trade-offs without needing to code.
Experience shipping 0→1 products or features in fast-moving environments.
A knack for translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business requirements.
A track record of delivering end-to-end product outcomes across discovery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to earn alignment across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
An analytical mindset, comfortable writing SQL and using product analytics tools (Amplitude, Logfire, etc.) to guide decisions.
Familiarity with modern data and cloud technologies, including Snowflake, AWS, or embedded BI platforms.
A background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data-related fields.
Experience managing analytics, BI, or data platform products.
Exposure to developer-facing APIs or SDKs.
Knowledge of enterprise SaaS concepts (SSO, RBAC, audit logging).
Familiarity with AI/ML, conversational interfaces, or predictive analytics.
