About Brilliant

We are a female-founded and profitable company on a mission to provide the best corporate gifting experience in the world! From the curation and production of memorable branded merchandise to the distribution of custom products, our team works together to bring brands to life. Think: newsworthy press kits, welcome gifts for new hires, merch sets to promote a product launch, or simply giveaways that people love.

We help companies create personalized experiences—campaigns, new-hire kits, storefronts, event swag—through a unified tech platform, global fulfillment (180+ countries, 6 warehouses), and hands-on creative collaboration brilliantmade.com.

Why This Role Matters

As we continue to scale, we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the strategic vision and road map of our client facing software platform. This role reports directly to our SVP of Product. This is a high-impact role shaping the future of both our client-facing platform, integrations with third party software applications, and the internal tools that power our sales, project, fulfillment, payment, and warehouse workflows.

This Senior Product Manager will own and drive our client’s platform experience, balancing near-term delivery with long-term vision. You will collaborate with our leadership team and key stakeholders, and help lead a team of engineers and UX designers to identify strategic opportunities, balance internal initiatives and priorities, and execute against Brilliant’s platform vision. Success in this role means continuous delivery against our strategic road map while delivering tools and experiences that delight users, help scale internal teams through client self service tools, and position the company for continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Strategy

  • Collaborate on and own delivery of the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our client facing software platform
  • Translate company goals into actionable product initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and client value.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal and client facing processes and workflows through both the delivery of new and exciting features and continuous improvement of existing platform.
  • Partner with executive leadership and key internal stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for both individual projects and the team overall.
  • Balance the needs of two critical user groups - external clients and internal operators to ensure the product roadmap serves both revenue growth and operational scalability.

Execution & Delivery

  • Oversee execution of roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, sales, and account management.
  • Build data-driven decision making into all phases of product development.
  • Champion excellent UX and consistent product quality.
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to drive execution, establish development best practices, and ensure tight coordination on sprint timing and delivery timelines.

Market & User Research

  • Lead user and market research efforts to inform strategy and identify unmet needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer expectations.
  • Translate insights into differentiated product experiences.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years owning a road map of client facing features.
  • Proven experience building and scaling client facing platforms in a high-growth or startup environment (early to late-stage funding or through/after a successful exit).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Deeply data-driven with strong analytical skills; experience building KPIs and leveraging analytics for decision-making.
  • Skilled in leading user research, usability testing, and market analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize a backlog to deliver the most critical new features and improvements to a large platform.
  • Experience integrating 3rd party software systems like CRMs (Salesforce/Hubspot, CSMs (Vitally / Gainsight), project management tools (Wrike/Asana), and shared inbox ticketing systems (Zendesk/Front) into a proprietary software stack.
  • Experience in hybrid businesses where physical fulfillment and operational logistics are deeply tied to the software strategy is a plus. Brilliant is a services business with a strong SAAS component, but not a strictly SAAS company.
