Role Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Agronomy Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments and enjoys solving complex challenges across agriculture, hardware, firmware, data science, and software. You’ll drive end-to-end product execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that create real-world impact. If you’re analytical, creative, adaptable, and passionate about agriculture and technology, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead product execution from discovery to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with hardware, firmware, data science, software, operations, and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements & initiatives.
  • Use agile and lean methods to enable fast iteration and strong team alignment.
  • Engage with growers and agronomists to understand real-world workflows and shape product priorities.
  • Apply data-driven decision-making to validate direction and measure impact.

Required Qualifications:

  • Agronomy background or 2+ years in AgTech.
  • Experience building products spanning hardware, firmware, data science, and software.
  • 5+ years in product management and 3+ years in fast-growing startups.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • Excel in lean, agile, and iterative development.
  • Creativity, curiosity, and ability to manage ambiguity.U.S.-based (West Coast preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%; if located in the San Francisco area, be in office 3 days/week.
  • Background in precision ag, sensing, irrigation, or environmental intelligence is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in commercial or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Operational experience - leading operational teams or building related products is an advantage.
