About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to the Head of Products, this individual will play a critical role in supporting our cross-functional teams to build meaningful product experiences that delight our users and drive measurable impact. This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior-level product manager who thrives at the intersection of user needs, product development, and data-driven decision-making—and who is passionate about shaping the future of digital reading for kids.

Experience: 5–7 Years

The Vibe: A "battle-tested" leader who can turn market gaps into product breakthroughs.

  • The Role: You will own the product roadmap, balancing Epic’s existing strengths with aggressive market opportunities. This isn't just about maintaining; it’s about making breakthroughs.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive product strategy by synthesizing market trends and Epic’s core competitive advantages.
    • Translate deep insights from teachers and students into actionable features.
    • Execute with high agility, moving from concept to launch in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Qualifications:
    • 5–7 years of PM experience with a mature business perspective.
    • Proven track record of high-execution and "winning" in competitive landscapes.
    • Bonus: Prior experience in a startup or as a founder is highly valued.
  • Language Requirement: Native or professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Compensation: Total compensation ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 annually (including base salary and performance-based bonus), flexible depending on experience and fit.
