With $70M+ in annual revenue and $3B+ in annual transaction volume, we’re entering a new stage of growth focused on scaling our core banking systems, rewards infrastructure, and customer experience.

Taekus is looking for a Senior PM to manage our product development and help us coordinate between design, engineering, and leadership. Join us as we tackle a $3.2T opportunity to redefine the super-premium financial services and rewards market—driving innovation beyond what’s existed since the inception of rewards credit cards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Working with the design team, engineering team, and leadership to streamline product building.

  • Drive roadmap initiatives across our product lines by collaborating with design, engineering, and leadership.

  • Streamline product building processes to create cohesive iteration cycles.

  • Drive user adoption through optimized trials, onboarding flows, engagement tactics, and conversion funnels in partnership with Customer Success and Data teams.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of product management experience.

  • Experience working at startups but an understanding of industry best-practices from larger companies.

  • Can blend the move-fast-and-break-things approach with the rigors of banking compliance.

  • You are adept with Figma and prototyping

  • Possesses experience with product-led growth and vertical-focused go-to-market strategies, with demonstrated success in scaling revenue and user growth

  • You came from a technical engineering or product designer background.
