About Teal Health:

Teal Health is on a mission to provide women with the tools, access, and resources they need to make their own, informed decisions regarding their health—starting with cervical cancer screenings. We’ve created the first FDA authorized at-home cervical cancer screening. We’re replacing the in-office pap smear with a cervical cancer screening that is comfortable, convenient, and designed for women. Teal Health’s solution includes a patented Teal Wand collection device and a modern telehealth platform to make it easy for women to speak with a doctor, screen at home and understand their results.

Our Values:

We boldly champion the future women deserve. And we do this through our values, which are to elevate women, expect exceptional, and learning, every day. The Teal team lives our values and uses them to guide our decisions when building Teal.

Why We Are Hiring For This Role:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help scale Teal’s platform and partnerships as we expand nationally. This role will primarily focus on building and scaling B2B healthcare partner workflows that support health systems, payer organizations, and other strategic healthcare partners. This person will help productize complex operational and clinical workflows, enabling Teal to integrate seamlessly into partner ecosystems while delivering exceptional experiences for patients and providers. This individual contributor role reports to Teal Health’s Vice President of Product.

In addition to the core B2B focus, this role may also support optimization of Teal’s direct-to-consumer experiences and internal operational tooling that improves efficiency across clinical, operations, and support teams.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone excited about solving complex problems in healthcare and building scalable systems in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead product strategy and execution for Teal’s B2B healthcare partner workflows and integrations

  • Partner closely with healthcare systems, insurance partners, clinical stakeholders, and operations teams to design scalable product solutions that meet partner needs

  • Translate complex healthcare and operational requirements into intuitive, scalable product experiences and workflows

  • Build and optimize systems that support enterprise healthcare partnerships, operational efficiency, and patient experience

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, Partnerships, and Leadership teams to define priorities and deliver impactful solutions

  • Use customer insights, operational metrics, and experimentation to drive product decisions and continuous improvement

  • Support optimization of consumer-facing purchasing and onboarding experiences across Teal’s commercial platform

  • Contribute to internal tooling and workflow improvements that enable operational scale as the company grows

What We're looking for:

Required:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with prior experience in healthcare, digital health, telehealth, health tech, or other regulated healthcare environments required

  • Experience building products that support healthcare systems, payer workflows, enterprise healthcare operations, or B2B SaaS/platform workflows

  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across technical, operational, and business stakeholders

  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments

  • Strong product intuition paired with analytical and systems-thinking skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Passion for improving healthcare experiences and outcomes for women

Preferred:

  • Experience with healthcare operations, clinical workflows, or HIPAA-regulated products

  • Experience supporting consumer-facing healthcare or e-commerce experiences

  • Experience building internal operational tooling or workflow systems

  • Familiarity with payer integrations, care coordination, or enterprise healthcare onboarding workflows

  • Experience utilizing Jira, Figma, and analytical tools.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Benefits:

Benefits may include:

  • Equity compensation

  • Health insurance

  • FSA /DCFSA options

  • 401(k)

  • Parental leave

  • Flexible PTO

  • Professional development support
