About Foundation Health

Foundation Health is transforming healthcare through an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform that seamlessly connects operational infrastructure with high quality patient experiences. Our mission is to transform patient centric care by connecting fragmented infrastructure, optimizing care coordination, and removing friction from the patient journey. We refuse to adhere to the status quo; instead, we actively pioneer solutions that will shape the healthcare practices of tomorrow.

This ambitious vision is only achievable with the dedication of the right team propelling us forward. We firmly believe that a supportive and inspiring work environment fuels creativity, transforming it into groundbreaking innovation. It is this very innovation that not only benefits our organization but also positively impacts our people, partners, and most importantly, our patients.

At Foundation Health, we foster a culture that encourages our team members to broaden their horizons, urging them to bring their passion and curiosity to the workplace each day. We understand that diverse perspectives fuel progress, and we actively seek individuals who share our commitment to excellence and forward-thinking.

The Mission

Foundation Health is building the future of healthcare delivery, and we are looking for a high-agency Senior Product Manager to lead the charge. This isn't a role for someone focused on maintaining a single feature set; you will own our entire product ecosystem, spanning patient-facing applications, complex clinician workflows, AI-driven automation, and data-heavy system integrations. We are early in our journey, offering you a rare, genuine opportunity to shape our product direction, influence core strategy, and leave a meaningful imprint on the foundation of what we build.

The Impact You’ll Make

  • Architect the Future: Own the end-to-end product idealization and execution across multiple interconnected systems and workflows.

  • Solve Complex Challenges: Translate complex clinical, operational, and technical requirements into clear, scalable product specifications.

  • Lead AI & Automation: Help shape AI-driven and automation-led capabilities specifically designed to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.

  • Drive Integration: Work deeply with EHR data, clinical workflows, and interoperability challenges. Map upstream and downstream dependencies across healthcare systems and third-party integrations.

  • Partner for Execution: Partner closely with Design and Engineering to craft the end-to-end user journey, define solution architecture, and build truly scalable integrations.

  • Move with Rigor: Balance high-speed delivery with technical rigor in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.

The Profile We’re Looking For

  • The Builder Mindset: You have a proven track record of building products from 0 to 1, not just supporting them. You enjoy getting into the technical details—not just writing tickets—and you view yourself as a product builder.

  • Experience & Education: You have 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building software products in a technology-driven environment. You possess a strong healthcare technology background, with direct experience working in clinical or operational healthcare systems.

  • Technical Depth: You have hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and exposure to products operating at the intersection of EHRs, complex clinical systems, data, and AI. You have direct experience working with clinical data, workflows, or healthcare integrations.

  • Startup DNA: You have demonstrated success in a startup or high-growth environment, with an inherent ability to move fast, operate in ambiguity, and get stuck in.

  • A Sharp Operator: You are a sharp, curious PM who enjoys solving the hardest problems. You are comfortable navigating technical, clinical, and operational domains simultaneously, and you are known for challenging assumptions to raise the bar for healthcare technology.

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

  • Experience working with Epic, including pharmacy or medication-related workflows (e.g., Willow, specialty pharmacy).

  • Familiarity with pharmacy operations, medication management, or fulfillment workflows.

  • Proven experience building AI-enabled or automation-driven healthcare products.

  • A history of shipping products that are currently used by clinicians, care teams, or operational healthcare staff.
