Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Aconomy team, which defines the overall product strategy and vision of Aconomy and works with different functions to align and deliver products and features that provide maximum value to our users. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of the incentive programs for the WOOFi Pro platform, working closely with front-end engineers, QA, design and marketing teams.

  • Optimize user conversion processes and strategies to increase user engagement and retention.

  • Optimize products to ensure they meet market demands and provide the best user experience.

  • Utilize data analysis to monitor user behaviour, identify opportunities for product improvement, and measure the success of initiatives.

  • Analyze market trends and user feedback to continuously improve and innovate product features.

  • Ensure that all stages of the product development process are completed on time and with high quality.

Qualifications:

  • Deep experience in launching and managing large-scale, global products development cycle with a track record of successful outcomes

  • 5+ years of product management experience; technical expertise required

  • Methodical in determining customer needs, running prototypes and iterations and making data-driven decisions for product optimizations

  • Experience with analyzing app traffic and internal data to drive changes in product and growth across the company

  • Ability to specify product requirements in a clear, succinct manner and work with engineers to deliver on specifications

  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable with being involved in multiple roles and projects at the same time in a fast pacing environment

  • Ability to jointly manage projects and keep them on schedule

  • Strong collaboration skills to influence and inspire internal business team and cross-functional team to drive product adoption and market share

  • Proficiency in English will be mandatory, writing and speaking.
