Why Socure?

Socure is building the identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy — verifying 100% of good identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The mission is big, the problems are complex, and the impact is felt by businesses, governments, and millions of people every day.

We hire people who want that level of responsibility. People who move fast, think critically, act like owners, and care deeply about solving customer problems with precision. If you want predictability or narrow scope, this won’t be your place. If you want to help build the future of identity with a team that holds a high bar for itself — keep reading.

About the role

Socure is hiring multiple Senior Product Marketing Managers to support key areas of our growing product portfolio, including Document Verification, Compliance, Fraud, and Identity & KYA.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth for your aligned product area. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define positioning and messaging, develop go-to-market strategies, lead market research, and support product launches.

While each role will have a dedicated product focus, we’re using a single application process for all openings. Throughout the interview process, we’ll work with candidates to determine the product area that best aligns with their experience and strengths.

What you'll do
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Socure’s solutions in the market.

  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.

  • Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product marketing strategy and content.

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels.

  • Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, datasheets, FAQs, and other product collateral.

  • Track and analyze product and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Develop customer-facing content, including case studies, blog posts, and product collateral that demonstrate product value and impact.

  • Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product improvements and marketing initiatives.

  • Champion Socure's leadership competencies by fostering collaboration, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset in all initiatives.

What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field, ideally within identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance, fintech, RegTech, or a related technology space.

  • Deep understanding of product marketing, go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling customer value.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer insights, market trends, and performance data.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and shifting priorities.

  • Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across Product, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience bringing technology products to market within identity, fraud, compliance, document verification, fintech, RegTech, or adjacent industries is strongly preferred.
