Lead product marketing for AIStor: define positioning and messaging, build launch and solutions content, enable sales with competitive battlecards and technical assets, and coordinate cross-functionally to drive pipeline for enterprise AI storage.
The summary above was generated by AI

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.

The Principal Product Marketing Manager, AIStor will own how MinIO's flagship product is positioned, messaged, and brought to market. AIStor is the data foundation for enterprise AI, providing durable object and table storage that serves AI and analytics workloads at scale. This role pairs deep technical fluency in AI infrastructure and data platforms with hands-on product marketing ownership of the product at the center of MinIO's portfolio.

You will translate AIStor's capabilities into differentiated narratives, build the content and launch programs that move pipeline, and equip the field to win competitive deals. You will work across Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Alliances, and Communications to define what AIStor is, who it is for, and why it wins, then carry that story consistently into every customer-facing asset.

What You Will Do:

  • AIStor Product Narrative and Positioning: Own the messaging and positioning that defines AIStor as the data foundation for enterprise AI. Establish AIStor's role as primary storage for objects and tables across the full AI lifecycle, and keep that narrative consistent across web, sales, analyst, and partner surfaces. AIStor is positioned as primary AI storage, never as cold storage, archive, or a backup target.
  • Messaging and Differentiation: Develop clear, technically grounded messaging that separates AIStor from alternatives on performance, scale, simplicity, and standards-based, no-lock-in architecture. Translate engineering work and benchmark results into claims that hold up with technical buyers, qualified by configuration and workload.
  • Product Launch Execution: Drive go to market strategy and execution for AIStor launches and major feature releases. Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Field, Sales, and Communications to land launches that move pipeline, and align AIStor's story with the broader portfolio of objects, tables, and context memory.
  • Solutions Marketing for AIStor Use Cases: Build solutions content that shows how AIStor solves specific customer problems, including AI training data lakes, large-scale analytics and table workloads, multimodal data pipelines, and serving as the high-throughput data foundation under modern inference stacks.
  • Competitive Enablement: Own the competitive program for AIStor. Build and maintain battlecards, talk tracks, and teardown content that give the field a defensible, accurate view of how AIStor compares, with claims that stand up under scrutiny and do not boomerang onto MinIO's own positioning.
  • Field Enablement: Build and deliver the enablement content (battlecards, talk tracks, customer presentations, technical briefs) that lets sales engineers and account teams confidently sell AIStor to AI infrastructure buyers, platform engineers, and data platform owners.
  • Content Ownership: Produce and govern the core AIStor content library, including reference architectures, solution briefs, datasheets, and customer-facing narratives, maintaining a consistent technical voice and house style across all of it.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure, data platforms, storage, or other technical infrastructure products.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated narratives for technical buyers and business decision makers.
  • Strong technical acumen across modern AI infrastructure, data platforms, and the storage and analytics stack. Fluent enough to engage credibly with engineering teams and with technical buyers at customer accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience creating sales enablement content, competitive materials, and customer-facing assets.
  • Track record of executing high-stakes product launches with cross-functional coordination across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Communications.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with S3-compatible storage, object storage, or high-performance data infrastructure for AI and analytics workloads.
  • Direct experience marketing a technical product against a defined competitive set, including building battlecards and competitive positioning.
  • Familiarity with modern AI data pipelines, training and inference workflows, and table or lakehouse formats.
  • Background that includes time in technical roles (engineering, solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or developer relations).

What We Offer:

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • 401K with 3% Contribution
  • Pre-IPO Stock Options
  • At least 12 Public Holidays
  • Flexible Time Off
