KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and key initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth targets.
Feature Prioritization: Working with the product development team to identify and prioritize features that will best meet user needs and achieve marketing goals. 
Messaging & Story Telling: Collaborate with product teams to deeply understand product features and capabilities, and translate these into clear, compelling messaging for different customer segments.
Content Development: Collaborate with content, demand gen, and product teams to build assets including one-pagers, web copy, email sequences, and case studies.
Cross-Functional Leadership : Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of launch activities (e.g., content creation, PR outreach, influencer marketing, email marketing).
Community amplification : Work with KOLs, and influencers in the crypto and Web3 ecosystem to promote products, build brand awareness, and engage with users.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define KPIs for GTM success and continuously refine strategies based on performance insights.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. 6+ years of product marketing experience in technology companies, with at least 2 years in the crypto/Web3 or blockchain space.
2. Proven track record of launching products and driving adoption through hands-on marketing efforts.
3. Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and crafting GTM strategies.
4. Ability to work cross-functionally in a standalone role while collaborating with a diverse, global team.Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities shift, and speed is key.
5. Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with both technical and creative expertise.
