About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging for our Data and AI Observability solutions. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales responsible for translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value for enterprise customers.

You will own the narrative for how our platform empowers data, ML, and AI teams to achieve trusted, reliable insights by improving observability, data quality, and model performance. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Management, Demand Generation, and Sales Enablement to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth in this rapidly evolving category.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for data and AI observability products, including launch strategies, pricing insights, and competitive positioning.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Craft differentiated product messaging that resonates with technical and business audiences — from data engineers and ML practitioners to CDOs and CIOs.

  • Market Intelligence: Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings in the data observability, AI observability, and MLOps ecosystems.

  • Sales Enablement: Create sales tools, battlecards, and training materials to support field teams in communicating value and handling objections effectively.

  • Content & Thought Leadership: Collaborate with content, demand gen, and product teams to produce impactful assets — whitepapers, webinars, blogs, case studies, and presentations — that drive pipeline and awareness.

  • Customer Advocacy: Partner with customer success teams to identify champions, capture case studies, and highlight real-world impact stories.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the voice of the customer to product and engineering, influencing roadmap decisions based on market insights.

We’re excited about you because you have:

  • Experience: 7+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in data infrastructure, analytics, AI/ML, or observability domains.

  • Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of data pipelines, monitoring, data quality, lineage, model observability, and/or AIOps.

  • Technical Fluency: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes and vice versa.

  • Storytelling Skills: Proven ability to develop and articulate compelling narratives that differentiate technical products in competitive markets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience partnering with product management, demand generation, and sales in a fast-paced SaaS or cloud-native environment.

  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data-driven insights to measure and optimize go-to-market impact.
