We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the next growth phase for Influ2. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for building and scaling marketing initiatives from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting key pillars of the product marketing function.
What you'll do:
- Sales enablement: Equip front-line teams with the sales tools and training they need to confidently position the value of Influ2 to win more deals.
- Competitive intelligence: Lead competitive intelligence by tracking key competitors, analyzing market shifts, and translating insights into actionable guidance for Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Go-to-market strategy: Implement go-to-market plans to bring new products and features to market—supporting positioning, launch execution, and front-line readiness.
- Product positioning and messaging: Create clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Content creation/enablement: Develop high-quality marketing materials, including product demos, videos, white papers, presentations, and more.
- Performance tracking: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives. Use data to optimize strategies and report on key performance metrics.
Your experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the B2B Tech industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of mid-market and enterprise buying cycles at sales-led organizations. Direct sales experience is a bonus.
- Background in leading competitive intelligence efforts or win/loss analysis.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, customer marketing, and customer success.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Navattic..
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but optional; what matters most is your proven track record.
