Overview: Precisely is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to support marketing strategy for the EngageOne customer communications portfolio, including EngageOne RapidCX, EngageOne Communicate, and related customer engagement solutions.

This is a strategic, portfolio-level role responsible for shaping positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across the EngageOne suite. You will partner closely with Product Management to help define the narrative and direction of the offering, ensuring clear differentiation and strong market alignment.

You will drive product launches, develop compelling content to support complex B2B sales cycles, and collaborate with the broader Marketing organization to deliver enablement, thought leadership, and integrated campaigns. This role works cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Executive stakeholders. It also provides direction to less senior product marketing contributors to deliver a cohesive portfolio narrative and go-to-market approach.

While you will work closely with demand generation, this role is focused on portfolio strategy, messaging, and enablement — not campaign execution.

What you will do:

  • Define and evolve the portfolio-level positioning and messaging strategy for EngageOne, ensuring clear differentiation in the Customer Communications Management (CCM) and customer engagement market.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for major releases and strategic initiatives, aligning Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver coordinated launches and measurable business impact.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales Enablement to activate messaging through programs, campaigns, and enablement that drive pipeline growth, customer adoption, and retention.
  • Translate deep product and technical knowledge into compelling value narratives, sales tools, and customer-facing content that support complex B2B buying cycles.
  • Analyze market trends, buyer personas, competitive dynamics, and performance data to identify strategic opportunities and prepare business cases for Marketing, Product, and Sales stakeholders.
  • Support and influence analyst relations and media engagement
  • Collaborate with tech partners to build compelling joint value propositions and go-to-market plans.
  • Provide direction to less senior product marketing contributors to ensure alignment, consistency, and scale across portfolio messaging and execution.

 What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement.
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing for B2B software sales. A portion of that experience may be in Product Management.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills to articulate value propositions and use cases that resonate with target personas, press, analysts, and the Precisely team.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with cross-functional and virtual teams.
  • Demonstrated success in leading, developing, and scaling high-performing teams
  • Experience creating core product marketing material such as use case descriptions, persona definitions, and product messaging documents.
  • Experience creating go-to-market strategies and collaborating with other Marketing functions to execute them.
  • Experience delivering a range of product content, including sales presentations, sales enablement material, webinar content, and eBooks.
  • Experience marketing Customer Communications Management (CCM), customer engagement, CX, or enterprise communications software strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or telecommunications is a plus.
  • Travel is required: Yes – Approximately 5%

Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
