About the Opportunity

Our growing product organization is looking for someone extraordinary— a leader who thrives at the intersection of innovation, compliance, and customer experience. If you’re passionate about shaping solutions that empower financial services and healthcare organizations to communicate securely and confidently in a regulated world, this is your opportunity.

As our Senior Product Manager for Regulated Communications, you will be the strategic force behind a product line that matters. You’ll lead market discovery, uncover emerging trends, and translate insights into a roadmap that aligns with our bold vision. Your decisions will influence how organizations meet complex compliance requirements while delivering seamless, trusted communication experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Market Discovery
Dive deep into industry trends, regulatory shifts, and customer pain points. Engage with clients, analysts, and internal teams to validate ideas and uncover unmet needs.

  • Shape Strategy & Roadmap
Define a clear product vision and prioritize features that deliver maximum impact—balancing customer value, strategic alignment, and business goals.

  • Drive Execution
Transform strategy into actionable requirements and partner with engineering and design to deliver secure, scalable solutions on time and with excellence.

  • Align Stakeholders
Communicate plans and progress to leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring every initiative supports our corporate objectives and regulatory commitments.

  • Optimize & Innovate
Monitor adoption, performance, and satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to iterate and continuously improve.

  • Content Management Leadership
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop and manage compliant content workflows. Ensure digital assets and communications meet brand standards and regulatory guidelines while enhancing customer experience.

  • Integrate Marketing & Digital Communications
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies align with customer needs and regulatory requirements. Drive content strategies that support product launches, thought leadership, and digital engagement across channels

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in regulated industries (Insurance, financial services or healthcare preferred).

  • Strong understanding of compliance-driven workflows and frameworks (SEC, FINRA, HIPAA, CCPA).

  • Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear, compelling product narratives for diverse audiences.

  • Experience working with marketing, content management systems (CMS), and digital communication strategies.

  • Strategic thinker, exceptional communicator, and influencer without authority.

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • You’ll shape the future of regulated communications in industries where trust and compliance are non-negotiable.

  • You’ll work with a mission-driven team that values collaboration, innovation, and impact.

  • You’ll have the opportunity to make a measurable difference—helping organizations navigate complexity with confidence.

We understand that your skills deserve recognition. That's why we offer a competitive base pay scale ranging from $135,000-170,000k USD annually ($160,600 – $188,500 CAD for Canada based applicants), based on experience and expertise.
