WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Qualia is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive successful execution and delivery of our enterprise projects. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless deployments for our enterprise clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring client satisfaction and the continued growth of our enterprise business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for all enterprise projects, defining timelines, resources, and success metrics
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with all stakeholders (internal and client-facing), ensuring transparency, alignment, and proactive issue resolution
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential capacity constraints, working with relevant teams to develop solutions and ensure project timelines are met
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, developing and executing mitigation strategies
  • Optimize resource allocation across all enterprise projects, proactively identifying and mitigating capacity bottlenecks
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, providing regular status reports and key performance indicators to management

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Product operations, program, or project management, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in the real estate, lending, or insurance industries is a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering on time and within budget
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Based in San Francisco, CA with the ability to work in the office a minimum of three days per week is required

This role has a base annual salary of $180,000-$200,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
