The Senior Program Manager for People Experience (PEx) is a key strategic role responsible for translating company goals into actionable technology roadmaps and leading complex, cross-functional programs. This individual will drive the implementation and optimization of critical HR systems like ServiceNow and Workday, ensuring Zoox can scale efficiently while maintaining a positive crew experience. By building a robust and scalable technology foundation and preparing for future AI-enabled operations, this role is critical to creating streamlined support functions that allow the entire organization to focus on its core mission.

In this role, you will...

  • You will lead complex, cross-functional HR technology programs from start to finish, translating strategic vision into executable roadmaps and ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business needs.
  • You will act as the bridge between business and technology, working with leaders across People Experience (PEx), HR, and IT to optimize our core systems like ServiceNow and Workday.
  • You will drive key initiatives, including our ServiceNow Roadmap, managing everything from stakeholder engagement to risk mitigation to create a seamless employee experience.
  • You will establish clear governance and reporting frameworks, giving leaders the visibility they need to make informed decisions and keeping all teams aligned on goals and deliverables.
  • Your work is critical to Zoox's success; you will build the scalable technology foundation that enhances our crew experience and enables the entire organization to grow efficiently while focusing on its mission to build autonomous mobility.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of program management experience, with a focus on developing and implementing HR technology transformation programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning to completion in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep functional expertise in HR technology, operations, and systems (such as ServiceNow or Workday), including implementations, data, and analytics.
  • A proven track record of influencing and communicating with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive decisions and report on program status and risks.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with implementing AI or automation solutions within an HR or People Operations context.
  • Formal certification or significant experience in change management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of HR, People, or Talent programs and processes, enabling a holistic approach to technology solutions.
