Job Description:
The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of cross-functional projects and programs. Sr. Program Managers actively manage project scope, schedule, risks and issues to ensure timely delivery and achievement of business objectives and value.
The successful candidate is capable of critical thinking as well as strong communication. They are skilled at interacting with and influencing project team members and stakeholders across the organization. Problem solving skills and good judgement and decision making are essential.

What you’ll do:
Taking your knowledge of the role and the insights you gained from your kickoff - what are the top 4-5 things that this role will be doing and have ownership over
Experience you’ll bring:
Facilitate project scope definition and timeline and resource estimations.
Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation in accordance with EPMO policies and procedures.
Manage dependencies between teams to minimize delays.
Conduct regular project meetings to manage action items and dependencies and monitor progress, proactively engaging stakeholders before deadlines are missed.
Deliver weekly project reporting with visibility into progress, risk, value delivery and resource utilization.
Develop effective working relationships to foster shared ownership of project outcomes and ensure stakeholder needs are identified and met.
Proactively monitor and communicate project risks and issues and development of mitigation plans.
Assist with lean process reviews and mapping exercises.
Assist with quarterly program planning, ensuring alignment of business-led initiatives with technology roadmaps and dependencies.
Advanced knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
Experience with lean or value stream management concepts and techniques.
Project management experience in an Agile environment.
Professional certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP or equivalent.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in software or technology project management and an advanced degree; OR a minimum of 8 years of equivalent experience.
This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Pay Transparency:
The annual US base salary range for this role is $98,800 - $130,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
