Based in New York, this role leads the Management agenda for Haldren in United States. The position sets priorities, builds governance, and ensures predictable delivery across teams and partners. Success depends on strong stakeholder management, clear metrics, and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to resolve blockers.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including succession planning.
• Set a clear strategy, operating model, and annual plan aligned to country priorities.
• Provide country-level leadership, governance, and decision support across functions.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to meet targets and service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.
• Define KPIs and cadence for reviews; report progress with actionable insights.
• Lead change management for major initiatives and process or system rollouts.


Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and governance at country or regional level.
• Proven ability to build strategy, translate it into execution plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and KPI-driven operating rhythms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior internal partners.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with distributed teams.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers.
