About RYZE:

The Role:

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to be the operational backbone of our Lifecycle Marketing team, working hand-in-hand with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing. You'll own the systems, schedules, and cross-functional coordination that keep a high-volume calendar of email, SMS, and retention campaigns shipping on time and at a high quality bar.

This is a role for someone who loves turning ambiguity into clear plans, who thrives on keeping many moving parts in sync, and who takes pride in being the person the team relies on to get things across the finish line. You won't be writing the strategy, but you will be the reason it gets executed flawlessly.

What You'll Own

Campaign & Calendar Management

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing calendar across email, SMS, and retention programs, from briefing through build, QA, and launch.

  • Translate the Director's strategy and priorities into clear project plans, timelines, briefs, and deliverables with defined owners and deadlines.

  • Run intake for incoming requests, scope effort, and protect the team's focus by prioritizing ruthlessly against business goals.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate copywriters, designers, developers, and external partners to keep every campaign moving on schedule.

  • Act as the central point of contact between Lifecycle and partner teams: Brand, Creative, Growth, Merchandising, and Analytics.

  • Lead recurring stand-ups, sprint planning, and retros; keep stakeholders informed with clear, concise status updates.

Process & Operations

  • Build and continuously improve the workflows, templates, and documentation that make the team faster and more consistent.

  • Manage the team's project management tooling (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) as the single source of truth for status and accountability.

  • Drive a rigorous QA process so every send is accurate, on-brand, and rendering correctly before it ships.

Execution & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance against deadlines and quality standards; surface risks early and remove blockers proactively.

  • Partner with Analytics to ensure campaigns are properly tagged, tested, and measured, and help compile recurring performance reviews.

  • Support test-and-learn programs (A/B tests, segmentation experiments) by keeping documentation and timelines tight.

What We're Looking For

Someone with 5+ years of progressively responsible project management or marketing operations experience, who has run complex, multi-stakeholder marketing calendars and has the track record of shipping on deadline to prove it. You have hands-on mastery of project management tools — ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar — and a knack for designing workflows that people actually follow, not just ones that look good in a wiki.

You use AI and productivity tools as part of how you work, not as an afterthought — drafting briefs, summarizing updates, accelerating QA, and building automations within tools like ClickUp (automated statuses, dependencies, intake forms, recurring tasks, integrations) that make the team measurably faster. You make sound decisions and move projects forward in fast-paced, evolving environments, even when the path isn't fully mapped out.

You have exceptional attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication that keeps busy people aligned without overwhelming them. You know enough about lifecycle/CRM channels — email and SMS, platforms like Klaviyo or Attentive — to understand how a campaign comes together, even if you're not building it yourself. Experience in consumer products, wellness, food & beverage, eCommerce, or other fast-growing brands is a plus, as is familiarity with creative production processes and basic HTML/email QA. PMP, CSM, or similar certification is nice to have, not required.

A Note on Experience

We value project management and marketing operations experience across a range of organizations. For this role, we're looking for someone who has kept complex, multi-stakeholder calendars on track, built processes that scale, and helped a team ship faster and with higher quality.

Tell us what you built, the systems you improved, and the results you achieved.
