Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead and deliver regional security technology projects across the APAC region. This role will manage the full project lifecycle—from initiation through testing and handover—working closely with senior stakeholders, IT teams, and regional vendors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with governance, compliance, and security standards, across multiple countries.

 

Project Delivery

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of security technology projects across multiple APAC locations.
  • Manage planning, approvals, execution, testing, and final handover of projects.
  • Drive regional initiatives such as system upgrades, technology refreshes, and new security deployments.
  • Ensure projects meet agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

  • Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders including Security, IT, Business, and Risk teams.
  • Prepare and present project documentation such as business cases, risk assessments, and implementation plans.
  • Navigate internal approval and governance processes while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Security Systems Implementation

  • Oversee deployment and integration of security systems including:
    • Access Control Systems
    • CCTV and video surveillance platforms
    • Intrusion detection systems
  • Coordinate system design and infrastructure readiness, including network and workstation considerations.
  • Ensure solutions meet operational, technical, and security requirements.

Vendor & Delivery Oversight

  • Manage regional vendors and system integrators across multiple countries.
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring accountability and performance.
  • Resolve delivery issues, manage escalations, and validate outputs against contractual scope.

Technical & Deployment Coordination

  • Work closely with IT and engineering teams to align infrastructure, network readiness, and deployment strategies.
  • Plan and execute phased rollouts, migrations, or parallel deployment strategies to minimise business disruption.
  • Provide overall technical oversight to ensure smooth system integration and transition.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Project Manager or similar delivery role
  • Background in project, construction, facilities, or technology environments preferred
  • Experience working in corporate office or multi‑site environments is an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge of project management and delivery practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with enterprise systems is a plus
