About the role:

We’re looking for highly experienced project managers in the United States. The PM plans and oversees sprints, balancing long-term product goals with short-term velocity. Experience with managing large, complex projects is required. Experience with hardware projects/products is highly desired. The PM will be required to come into the office and travel occasionally to other locations. The PM is comfortable working under pressure and closely with both highly technical and non-technical teams.

What you'll do:

  • Establish and maintain processes for measuring and managing scope during the project lifecycle
  • Set quality and performance standards
  • Report outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project velocity and efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project management experience, ideally overseeing multiple complex projects
  • Experience delivering product and developing at scale with teams greater than 10 engineers
  • Experience coordinating complex product development across teams globally
  • Experience communicating closely with engineers, executives, and other stakeholders
  • Must have experience in organizing and developing standard processes for the PM team
  • Must have experience in building and managing PM team
  • Ability to handle multiple complex conflicting priorities
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in coaching team members to strengthen their abilities and skill sets
  • Government clearance is preferred

This role is on-site an will require the ideal candidate to be local to the Bay Area. On-site requirement is 3-4 days per week.

Compensation Range: $250,000–$300,000 per year (California). This range represents the anticipated base pay for this role; the final offer may vary based on qualifications, experience, and location.
