As a Senior Project Manager on the Revvity Services team, you’ll help drive customer-facing projects with a clear plan, steady execution, and confident communication. You’ll keep work aligned to agreed outcomes by managing schedules, monitoring progress, and escalating roadblocks early so delivery stays on track.

- Monitor task progress daily/weekly, remove obstacles, and keep execution moving toward milestones.
- Identify roadblocks and escalate early with clear context, impact, and recommended next steps.
- Maintain alignment between customer stakeholders and internal teams (including project leads and team leads) through consistent communication.
- Provide concise, coherent project status updates covering progress, risks, and issues for both internal and customer audiences.
- Manage project budgeting and financial tracking, support invoicing and administrative tasks, and keep project plans updated to maintain delivery accuracy and on-time reporting.
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, or similar technical field.
- Experience running customer-facing projects end-to-end in the life science industry is a must.
- Experience leading projects that require close coordination among multiple stakeholders and leadership groups.
- Experience running executive call updates and aligning leadership on priorities, risks, and outcomes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to manage delivery using both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
- Proficiency with project tools and reporting (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) plus strong Excel skills for tracking and updates.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management training.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $ 85,000.00 - 105,000.00 CAD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This compensation range does not take into account other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
